Many changes have occurred in the job market. In my opinion, the number one concern was the dedication and loyalty employees had in their job. Job experience and willingness to learn were key issues in business. Employees were under the impression that if they kept their nose clean and did their job to the best of their ability, they would be recognized in the field of their expertise.
