How to Design and Sell Group Coaching Programs

More and more people these days are turning to the internet when they need specific information. With the help of Google, they look for answers to their questions and ways to solve their pressing issues. However, there are just some things that they can't find on websites, articles, and even ebooks. Information like advanced tips and techniques related to foreign exchange or step-by-step guide on how to learn certain skills for example can be extremely hard to find.

If you're an expert in your field, you can offer these people with group coaching programs. The idea here is to give them the information and assistance they need and in return, you can charge them professional fee which can range from hundreds to thousands of dollars.

Here's how you can design and later on, sell your group coaching programs:

First, interview your potential clients and know exactly what they want to know. If you're coaching people about health and fitness for example, you may encounter potential clients who are looking for the best diet plans that will suit their lifestyle, people who just want to work on their mid-section, or those people who are desperate to lose weight. It's up to you if you want to address different but still related concerns on one coaching program or design one coaching program for each. Decide which one is best for you and your potential clients.

Plan your programs. Next step is to plan your coaching programs. What exactly are you going to do to help your customers? Are you going to offer lectures, get people to do hands-on exercise, offer question and answer, or do case studies? I suggest that you look at the goal of the program and decide the best, fastest ways to achieve them.

Choose the mediums. The good thing about online coaching is that you have so many options to choose from when deciding on the medium. You can use email, phone, video conferencing, etc. Again, make decisions based on the preferences of your potential clients. You see, giving in to their needs and demands is the best way to win their business.

Commit yourself to giving your clients great learning experience. Make your programs memorable for your clients. Teach them in a way that they'll have fun. For example, when you're doing presentation, make it lively by encouraging people to join the discussion and by using your great sense of humor. You would want these people to walk away convinced that they did not make a mistake in signing up with your programs. This is the key to get them to come back and to get them to recommend your programs to their friends.

Ask for feedback. You would want to know the weaknesses of your programs or those things that you can improve on to better serve your next batch of customers. So, ask your previous customers for feedback and suggestions. Then, ensure that you take each one seriously. Consider these when doing adjustments.
